Activity Check
 Meeting |
As an integral part of our "team approach", New England Investigation Services activity checks can be tailored to meet your specific requests. Many claims can be most effectively investigated by first initiating our activity check which may provide valuable information prior to initiating sub rosa surveillance or other forms of investigation.
New England Investigation Services investigators expertly obtain important factual information pertaining to the physical activities of the claimant to assist you in your investigative decisions.
New England Investigation Services standard activity check will include pre-surveillance research of public record databases, neighborhood inquiry of up to four neighbors, location and video of the residence and surroundings detailing pertinent facts of interest, limited surveillance, and a comprehensive report detailing our findings and assessment for future sub rosa surveillance.
In the event the claimant becomes active during our activity check and surveillance, New England Investigation Services policy is to maintain surveillance documenting all claimant activities by video until the activity ends.
A New England Investigation Services Activity Check may develop or confirm the following information:
- Current physical residence
- Employment or business activity
- Extra-curricular and/or physical activity
- Assets
- Whether to conduct sub rosa surveillance
- Verify witness and/or claimant statements
- Information from neighbors and/or co-workers
- Form a basis from which to evaluate the alleged injury
